RAF Strength & Fitness42 Accountable

42 Accountable

6 weeks. 42 days. Simple, but not easy.

The "42 Accountable" program is a simple wellness initiative designed to promote consistent health and fitness habits over a period of 42 days. Simple, but not easy. This is not for the weak, this is not for the maybes. This is for the people who say they WILL do it and follow through on their word.

Key components of the program

WEEKLY PROGRESS PICTURES

Upload a weekly picture of yourself. This can be clothed of course if you prefer or in shorts for men, shorts and sports bra for women. However you are comfortable. We'll leave the opportunity to do this every day, but it's only required to do 1x/week.

Weekly Weigh-ins

Same story for the scale. Either at the gym or at home get on the scale once per week and take a picture of it, send it in. You have the option to do this every day, we recommend doing that.

DAILY FOOD DIARY SCREENSHOTS

Take a screenshot of your daily food diary from the MyFitnessPal app. This is required regardless of whether you had a good or bad day in terms of diet, promoting transparency and self-awareness about eating habits.

DAILY STEPS

Take a screenshot of your phone, app, whatever you use to track your steps. THIS IS HUGE and SIMPLE. DO IT. This is required for every single day.

DAILY ADEQUATE WATER INTAKE

On your meal plan is a required amount of water to drink in ounces per day. We can't measure this of course, but check it off daily and be honest.

If you do these 5 simple steps daily, we can literally guarantee you success. We'll know if you did it or not based off your submissions of course. DO IT. If you fall off one day, get back on track. This is it, this is what you need — it's tried and proven for 11 years at RAF, we have tons of data. We're here to support you, stay strong!

Daily Check-In

Upload today's proof and log your water. One submission per day.
